For me, it helps to have all of those new films in one place. So in this article, I’ll run through the biggest new movies on major stream platforms, such as Netflix

At the end of the article, you can find a full list of all the new films available to stream this weekend.
Day Shift (Netflix)
A hardworking dad out to provide for his daughter uses a boring pool-cleaning job as a front for his real gig: hunting and killing vampires.
A League of Their Own: Season 1 (Amazon Prime)
Following the journey of the WWII All-American professional women’s baseball league players as they travel across a rapidly changing U.S.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine: Season 8 (Peacock)
Detective Jake Peralta, a talented and carefree cop with the best arrest record, has never had to follow the rules too closely or work very hard. That changes when Ray Holt, a man with a lot to prove, becomes the new commanding officer of Brooklyn’s 99th precinct.
Secret Headquarters (Paramount+)
A kid discovers the secret headquarters of a powerful superhero hidden beneath his home and must defend it with his group of friends when villains attack.
Children of the Underground: Season 1 (Hulu)
Charismatic vigilante Faye Yager builds a vast underground network that hides hundreds of mothers and children, saving them from the alleged abuse of husbands and fathers when a broken court system will not.
The Princess (HBO)
When a strong-willed princess refuses to wed a cruel sociopath, she is kidnapped and locked in a remote tower. With her scorned, vindictive suitor intent on taking her father’s throne, the princess must protect her family and save the kingdom.
Five Days at Memorial (Apple TV+)
Chronicling the impact of Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath on a hospital. When the floodwaters rise, power fails and heat soars, exhausted caregivers at a New Orleans hospital are forced to make decisions that will follow them for years to come.
Father of the Bride (Disney+)
George Banks (Steve Martin) and his wife, Nina (Diane Keaton), are the proud parents of Annie (Kimberly Williams), but when she returns from studying abroad and announces that she’s engaged, their whole world turns upside down, especially that of overprotective George. From meeting the in-laws to wedding plans with an over-the-top consultant (Martin Short) and his flamboyant assistant (B.D. Wong), it seems as if the troubles never end in this update of the classic Spencer Tracy comedy.
