Veteran actor and producer Anil Kapoor is set to attend the 46th World Gala Premiere at Toronto’s Roy Thompson Hall. In an official statement, Kapoor expressed his excitement, saying, “I’ve been wanting to attend TIFF ever since Slumdog Millionaire! The only festival I couldn’t attend then was TIFF because my visa didn’t arrive in time. So TIFF has been on my bucket list ever since! This year, I get to be there as a proud producer for Thank You For Coming.”
Anil Kapoor will be joined by his co-stars Bhumi Pednekar, Shehnaaz Gill, Dolly Singh, Kusha Kapila, and Shibani Bedi at the prestigious event. Producer Ektaa R Kapoor and Director Karan Boolani will also be in attendance.
Thank You For Coming, produced by Balaji Telefilms Limited and Anil Kapoor Film Communication Network Pvt. Ltd, directed by Karan Boolani, and written by Radhika Anand and Prashasti Singh, will hit theaters worldwide on October 6, 2023.
