This time, the contest organizers requested him to skip the competition in order to give others a chance to win. This triggered his wife Laura’s rage, and after she realized that Bob wasn’t bothered by the matter, she decided to enter the contest on her own. However, it is going to be a tough competition: her opponents are an extremely talented 10-year-old girl and an exotic dancer with whom her husband cheated on her. Gervais also stars in this 2009 production alongside Garner, Jonah Hill, Louis C.K., Rob Lowe, and Tina Fey, among others.

Yes Day follows Allison and Carlos, a perfect couple who, over the past few years, have become overly strict with their lives and, more importantly, with their three children. In order to change things around, they grant the kids a Yes Day: 24 hours in which they both have to say yes to anything they ask for. And, against Allison and Miguel’s expectations, this new tradition is going to totally reshape the family. A sequel to this production is currently in development.

Joining Garner in this rom-com are Mark Ruffalo, Judy Greer, and Andy Serkis. 13 Going on 30 earned rave reviews and also became a box-office hit.
