Reports of Rashmika Mandana and Vijay Deverakonda seeing each other have been going on for a long time. The two were the best of friends and never admitted that they were in a relationship. When Rashmika was recently asked how she felt about the ongoing dating rumors with Vijay, she said it was sweet.
“It’s all so cute, isn’t it. I am like aiyoo babu. It’s so sweet. Look, Vijay and I have done so much work, too early in our careers. When we don’t know what the industry is like, and suddenly you’re working with like-minded people, you kind of become friends and have a lot of mutual friends. I have this gang in Hyderabad, he has this gang in Hyderabad. And we have a lot of mutual friends. That is right. It’s so cute when the whole world is like, ‘Rashmika and Vijay, that’s cute,'” she told Mashable India.
Rashmika has also shown interest in working with Vijay again in a film. “I have to work with him very soon. If there is a story for us, we should do it. It will be fun. We are good actors, we will not disappoint you,” she said.
During a press conference for Sita Ramam, Vijay had come on stage and told Rashmika how beautiful she looks every time he sees her. Everyone in the crowd started giggling when they heard Rashmika’s name and he wondered why he had a smile on his face.
When Vijay was seen on Kaffee with Karan 7, Karan couldn’t stop prodding the Liger actor with questions about his relationship with Rashmika. To which he replied, “We did two films together at a very early stage in my life. She is a darling and I really love her. We are really good friends. We share so much through movies, many highs and lows. A connection is being made.”
