According to reports, Joe has been taking care of the kids almost all the time for the past 3 months and also mentions the same in the document. The court documents reviewed by the news outlet USA today revealed that Joe had asked for “shared parental responsibilities” between him and Sophie for their two daughters, as well as enforcement of their prenuptial agreement from April 2019. The documents, as reported USA today added: “It is in the best interests of the minor children that the parties have shared parental responsibility. A parenting plan must be drawn up that addresses all parenting issues and contains a time-sharing schedule that ensures frequent and ongoing contact with both parties.”

Joe and Sophie’s prenuptial agreement

Joe and Sophie reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement weeks before their wedding in 2019. According to the documents, Joe will keep all his royalties and music earnings, and Sophie will keep all the money she makes from her acting career.

“The only property that will be divided between the two stars will be the family home,” the settlement said. Interestingly, Joe has a reported net worth of around $50 million, while Sophie has an estimated net worth of over $12 million.

Report in TMZ cited the duo’s differing personalities as the reason for Joe and Sophie’s divorce. “She likes to party, he likes to stay at home. They have very different lifestyles,” a source close to the duo was quoted as saying.
