After learning about Siddharth’s death, Rashami was completely devastated. Recalling how special Siddharth was to her, Rashami told TOI, “Siddharth was special, no doubt we fought, had problems but at the end of the day there was good friendship and we cared for each other. I could say a lot but this time I couldn’t go on. I planned not to participate in any promotional activities for the song. I am lucky that our producer Shahzeb Azad understood my situation and allowed me to grieve.”

On December 12 last year, Salman Khan remembered Siddharth while hosting Bigg Boss 15. “Today is the birthday of a Bigg Boss winner who is no longer with us. So, today’s episode is dedicated to you. The irreplaceable Siddharth Shukla. You left us too soon my friend. I miss you and wish you on this special day,” Dabangg Khan had said.
