Everyone is aware of the launch of Allu Studios that took place in Hyderabad yesterday. It was inaugurated on the occasion of the 100th birth anniversary of the legendary comedy actor Allu Ramalingaiah, by his son-in-law Megastar Chiranjeevi.

Now, the latest news is that a book was launched on the late actor at Park Hyatt in Hyderabad later on the same day. A grand event was held by some officials of the film industry, for which the former vice president M Venkaiah Naidu attended as the chief guest.
Naidu handed over the book to Chiranjeevi among the family members of Allu Ramalingaiah. The event was a star-studded hungama with the presence of thirteen comedians along with noted personalities like Ram Charan, Trivikram Srinivas, Sai Dharam Tej and others.
Allu Ramalingaiah was honoured with the Padma Shri for his contribution to Indian cinema. In 1998, he received the FilmfareLifetime Achievement Award in 2001. The Allu Ramalingaiah National Award was instituted in his memory by the Allu Ramalingaiah Academy of Arts.
