After police custody, he was sent to judicial custody. His lawyer is trying to get him released on bail, but today the court postponed the bail application. Sheezan Khan’s bail plea adjourned to THIS date

The Vasai court adjourned the hearing of Shizan Khan’s bail plea to Monday ie. January 9, 2022 As reported by India Tv News, both sides presented their arguments. The police reportedly said they needed more time as they were unable to record the statements of Tunisha Sharma’s family members. The police reportedly said that the family was busy with post-mortem rituals and therefore failed to record the statements. Shizan Khan’s lawyer claims that 14 days have passed since Tunisha Sharma’s death. The court then adjourned the case till June 9 and asked the police to send their reply the same day. The report also states that Shizan Khan’s lawyer has requested to get security and counseling for his client in jail. The court has reportedly given permission for the same. The actor also requested not to cut his hair in prison for the sake of continuity of his character in the series. The court granted this request as well. All eyes are now on January 9. It remains to be seen whether the court will grant him bail or not. Tunisha Sharma’s family has leveled serious allegations against him. Tunisha’s mother claims he slapped the actress when she checked his phone. Tunisha’s mother also accused him of infidelity and false promises of marriage. On the other hand, Shizan’s family claims that Tunisha shares a good relationship with them.
