The penultimate season of Netflix’s The Crown is now playing on the streaming service. Written by Peter Morgan, the fifth series of The Crown stars Imelda Staunton as Queen Elizabeth II, Jonathan Pryce as the Duke of Edinburgh, Leslie Manville as Princess Margaret, Dominic West as Prince Charles, Elizabeth Debicki as Princess Diana and Olivia Williams as Camilla Parker Bowles. Jonny Lee Miller takes on the role of John Major. Also starring Claudia Harrison as Princess Anne, Marcia Warren as the Queen Mother, James Murray as Prince Andrew and Sam Wolfe as Prince Edward. Starring as the young princes will be Timothy Sambor and Seann West as Prince William and Teddy Hawley and Will Powell as Prince Harry. Prasanna Puwanarajah is Martin Bashir, Salim Dow is Mohammed Al Fayed with Khalid Abdallah as Dodi Fayed. We bring you interviews with some of them at the UK premiere held at Drury Lane.

Plot: Inspired by true events, this fictional dramatization tells the story of Queen Elizabeth II and the political and personal events that shaped her reign.

As the new decade progresses, the royal family faces possibly its biggest challenge yet; as the public openly questioned their role in Britain in the 1990s.
