Vijay’s much-awaited movie Varisu opened to packed houses across the state. The first shows began as early as 4 am today on January 11th. Several visuals on social media showed thousands of fans gathering outside cinema halls across the state and celebrating the release of the movie with a lot of festivities and fanfare. Vamshi Paidipally’s Varisu follows an sincere son’s attempt of saving his beloved ones when their family business turns down by an powerful villain.
Celebrities from Lokesh Kanagaraj, Trisha, to Keerthy Suresh have watched the FDFS show. Fans as like as ever never missed to capture the moment of their idol’s first presence on screen. And pictures and videos of Varisu team Dil Raju, S. Thaman, Shaam goes viral on social media. In the video, the composer of the film also seen tearing up in the heat of the moment.
Actress Trisha watched both Thunivu and Varisu films at AGS theater in Chennai. Along with her, Archana Kalpathi from AGS Entertainment has been seen who also vibing with the FDFS show in both films. A photo taken by the two is going viral on Twitter. Red Giant Movies along with Lalit Kumar’s Seven Screen Studio bagged the theatrical distribution rights to Varisu in Tamil Nadu.
Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Yogi Babu, Jayasudha, Sangeetha Krish, Shaam, Srikanth, and Samyuktha Shanmughanathan in important roles. Producers Dil Raju and Shirish are bankrolling Varisu under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film sets for release in Hindi and Telugu with titles, Vaaris, and Vaarasudu respectively. The box office war officially stared as the Ajith starrer Thunivu show started at 1 AM today.
