Thalapathy Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna’s shoot SUDDENLY STOPPED – here’s why

Vamshi Paidipallywho previously made his mark in Telugu cinema with hits like Brindavanam, Yevadu, Hold on and Maharshiwill direct the film while S Thaman will bring in the music. Now the latest we hear is that Thalapathy 66 aka Varisu can see Vijay in yet another double role, hot on the heels of Mersal and Bigil. Varisu Release Date – Clash with Adipurush and Waltair Veeraya

From what we hear, Varisu is slated for a Pongal release and even though the festival falls on January 15, 2023, there’s a good chance the film will release on January 12, 2023 to cash in on the extended Pongal weekend. This would bring a direct clash with Prabhas starrer Adipurush, which is also slated to release on the same day. Moreover, a well-placed industry source informed BollywoodLife that Chiranjeevi’s next film Waltair Veerayya aka Mega 154 may also release on the same day, while Dhanush’s Captain Miller is also being eyed for Pongal if it is ready in time. Thalapathy 66 will be Vijay’s first multiverse film

Rumor has it that Varisu aka Thalapathy 66 may follow the Vikram starrer Kamal Haasan’s path, becoming Vijay’s first multiverse film. The internet and Vijay fans are buzzing with excitement about the possibility of Thalapathy Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles, also with Prakash Raj and Prabhudeva in prominent roles, linking to previous titles from Filmography of Vijayand speculation is now seething with which Thalapathy Vijay Movies will the director tie up with Vamshi Paidipally in a multiverse story, exactly how Vikram recently made with Kaiti and 1986’s Vikram.
