It has been two and a half years since Bollywood’s most promising and versatile actor Sushant Singh Rajput left the world. Fans of the actor still do not believe and are fighting for the justice of his death. And now Sushant Singh Rajput, who owns a lavish sea-view house in Mumbai’s posh area, is rumored to be struggling to find a tenant. According to reports in Bollywood Hungama, Sushant, who passed away in the same flat, has not been able to find a tenant for two and a half years now. The reason is that when the tenants are told that this is the same house where the Kedarnath star lived and breathed his last, they refuse to rent the house or even visit it.

Rafique Merchant, a well-known realtor, took to his Twitter and shared pictures of the grand apartment and mentioned that it is available for Rs 5 lakh on rent, but they are failing to get a tenant. Rafiq spoke to Bollywood Hungama and revealed why they are not finding Sushant’s house, “People are afraid to move into this apartment. When prospective tenants hear that this is the same apartment he died in, they won’t even visit the apartment. Today, people at least visit the apartment, as the news of his death is outdated. But the deal is not finalized”.

The broker even added that the owner of the house does not want to rent the apartment to any movie celebrity and they only want to rent the house to any corporate family, he also hopes to find the tenant soon. Sushant Singh Rajput passed away during COVID and the news of his death came as a shock to everyone. Sushant’s death exposed a lot of the dark side of Bollywood and to this day their fans are adamant and fight for justice and demand a boycott of every film.
