Balenciaga, the reputed Spanish fashion house, has unveiled its resell programme, in partnership with Reflaunt.

Not surprising considering the demand Balenciaga products have been witnessing on the resale market lately.

The customers can now exchange their Balenciaga clothes and accessories for store credit or funds – either through a complimentary pickup or drop-off in selected stores.

However, to do so, a thorough documentation process is necessary, which includes authentication and pricing.

Notably, each item will be professionally photographed by brand representatives before being listed on Reflaunt’s designated online marketplaces – the intent being to optimise sales and increase product attractivity.

It is worth stating that Balenciaga’s Spring/Summer 2021 collection was also almost entirely produced with repurposed or certified sustainable pieces.

Founded in 1919, Balenciaga produces ready-to-wear, footwear, handbags and accessories; and it licenses its name and branding to Coty for fragrances.
