Jio Studios has announced its new slate of 100 movies and web series. Jio Studios’ long list of projects includes biggest projects like Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki, Randeep Hooda’s Inspector Avinash and others – some very interesting projects are on the way. The big slate also includes Stree 2 and Bhediya 2 from Dinesh Vijain’s Maddock Productions.

Talking about Stree 2, it stars Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Abhishek Banerjee, Pankaj Tripathi and Aparshakti Khurana. The movie will release on 31st August 2024. Yes, the wait is quite long, but this is Stree, vo zarur ayegi.
Next up is Bhediya 2, Varun Dhawan will reprise his role from the first part where he was bitten by a bhediya (wolf). But the wait for this one is also very long as it will release only in 2025. Bhediya got a great response at the box office and everyone appreciated it. In the first installment, Kriti’s character died at the end, but her presence at the event makes us wonder if she will be a part of the sequel as well. No details were revealed, but Maddock Films’ upcoming line in collaboration with Jio Studios certainly looks interesting.
