Salaar update: Is Prashanth Neel upset with Prabhas? Reports suggest so

Prabhas will soon be seen Salaar, directed by Prashanth Neel. The film has created a great deal of buzz among fans as it will be the director’s first release after KGF Chapter 2, which emerged as a blockbuster earlier this year. Prabhas will be seen in an intense new avatar in Salaar, something that has piqued the curiosity of fans. According to reports, Prashanth Neel is not too happy with Prabhas. Darling is working on multiple projects alongside Salaar, something that has not gone down too well with the maverick filmmaker. Prabhas’ look reportedly keeps changing, which results in continuity issues. The director and the Young Rebel Star, interestingly, are yet to react to these reports.

Salaar is billed as an action drama that features Prabhas in the role of an extremely ‘violent man’. The film is likely to feature several high-octane fight scenes and punching dialogue. Salaar marks Prabhas’ first collaboration with Prashanth Neel, who emerged as a pan-India director with the Yash-led KGF franchise. It stars Shruti Haasan as the female lead and is her first movie with Prabhas. She plays a character named Aadhya in the biggie. She had some time ago revealed that she doesn’t have any action sequences in the flick.

The film’s cast includes Jagapathi Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The Gold actor recently said that he took up the pan-India movie as it has a ‘superb’ script. Salaar is set to hit the screens on September 28, 2023. As things stand, it will be released alongside Hrithik Roshan’s action-thriller Fighter.
