With a stunning saree from House of Masaba, Rani Mukerji displayed her appreciation for conventional fashion. The number was a tribute to her most recent role as Mrs. Chatterjee and included the word “Maa” printed in white letters on a black background. A full-sleeved black blouse with long sheer sleeves and cut-out details in the back was worn with the drape. Rani chose a set of silver oxidised jhumkas to keep with her sophisticated look. She wore subdued colours, matte-finished skin, enough contouring, dusky eyeshadow, sleek eyeliner, and glossy brown lips for the glam look. The final component of the puzzle was a little black bindi.
The “Maa” Sportee Saree is available on House of Masaba’s website, and it costs Rs 17,000. Sharing details about the saree, Masaba Gupta wrote on Instagram, “माँ the most powerful word to exist. On March 17, Rani Mukerji will play the protagonist in the movie Mrs. Chatterjee Vs. Norway. The film, which is based on Sagarika Bhattacharya’s true life, tells the story of a woman whose children were taken away by the Norwegian Child Welfare Services and how resilient and unwavering she was in the face of all odds.
