The renowned filmmaker of Bollywood Rajkumar Hirani aka Raju Hirani recently sent a personal message to the ‘Pushpa-The Rise’ director Sukumar and lauded his work on the film.
For the people who are still living under the rock, Pushpa-The Rise is a pan India film starring stylish south India star Allu Arjun, the film was released on 17 Dec 2021 in multiple Indian languages.
Pushpa: The Rise Box Office Success
The film got the tag of a blockbuster by earning over Rs 350 crores worldwide, Pushpa was a huge hit in Hindi also, it was released without promotion and still minted Rs 100 Cr+ nett mark in Hindi.
Now, Sukumar who is currently busy in the works of the sequel of Pushpa got the message from the 3 Idiot director Rajkumar Hirani. Raju who has seen the film couldn’t stop himself to message Sukumar personally.
Rajkumar Hirani Watched and praised Pushpa
Raju in the message wrote that he loved the director Sukumar’s work in the film e.g writing and direction, he wrote that he loved the writing and the film that has been shot well, including the performance and songs in the film. He even went on to say that he should’ve messaged him personally but couldn’t as he didn’t have his number.
In the response, Sukumar thanked the prominent director and wrote that it is overwhelming that he received the text from him, he also wrote to Raju that he is a huge inspiration for him in filmmaking and writing.

Rajkumar Hirani is one of the known filmmakers of India who has made critically and commercially successful films like 3Idiots, MBBS, Lage Raho Munnabhai, and PK.
