She made the nation dance to the popular song from the blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise. Rashmika has managed to build her name in Indian cinema and now she is all set to appear at the Zee Cine Marathi Awards.
The actress will reportedly become a Marathi mulgi and perform a lavni in Zee Cine Marathi. This time she ditched her popular Saami Saami dance performance and opted for lavani. She will embrace her Marathi Mulgi avatar and the audience just can’t wait for it. The actress who already knows 5 languages was seen speaking Marathi in the latest video which was shared by the channel and went viral. She called it a surreal experience performing lavans and spinning Marathi mulgis.
Recalling her first encounter with a Marathi song, the Pushpa beauty shared that she first performed a Marathi folk dance of Aika daajiba at school. Sharing her experience of her upcoming Marathi folk dance performance, she was ecstatic. In the video, the actress said after Aika daajiba that she now does lavni and it brings back childhood memories. She said, Bohot hi excited hu, Pehli baar Lavni kar rahi hu. I hope aap sabko entertains hoga. So yes, looking forward to it!” At the end of the video, she also said a few phrases in Marathi, “Charcha Rangnar, the news will be heard, I am coming, Zee Marathi on March 26, Sunday, in the evening at 7 p.m.” The audience is waiting to see her set the stage on fire!

She recently took to her social media to tweet about her performance and her experience of learning some new Marathi phrases. She said: “It was surreal. I learned some new Marathi phrases well. Soon I will be able to speak like a little one. We hope!”. The actress connects with her fans and audiences by breaking language barriers.
On the work front, Rashmika Mandanna will next be seen in the Bollywood film Animal. She will share the screen with Ranbir Kapoor in the Sandeep Reddy directorial Vanga. She also has Pushpa 2: The Rule opposite Allu Arjun.
