Jurgen Klopp is known for making his pre-seasons intense, hard-working and putting everything in place for next season. Speaking about his second pre-season at Liverpool, Greece international Kostas Tsimikas spoke about how tough it really is.

Speaking exclusively to the club’s official website, the Greek said “Personally, I can’t sleep before training because if I sleep I can’t move,

“I’m trying to relax, chill, watch film and be mentally ready for the second session.”

Costas then went on to talk about how difficult Klopp’s pre-season has been “If you’ve never done this pre-season, you can’t feel us, you can’t understand how hard it is.

“But at least the one thing it can give you after that is to be 100 percent ready for the challenges physically because that’s what we need right now. We have a very difficult season and we have to be 100 percent ready.
