Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan are vacationing in Spain and the latter recently took to Instagram to share some lovely pictures from there. Karthikeya 2 starring Nikhil Siddhartha is an all-India release and the Hindi version of the film has been released in 60 screens. However, looking at the amazing response it got, the number of screens was increased and now it is shown on 300 screens.
