Trident Group’s Takshashila Center of Excellence in Ludhiana has decided to reserve 50 percent seats for women candidates. Special attention will be given to rural youth as well as the economically weaker sections, the company said in a recent statement.

Additionally, Takshashila Center for Excellence has opened its doors to candidates with more than three years of relevant experience. The program is an attempt to provide opportunities to India’s youth in an inclusive manner and help them “earn, learn and grow,” the press statement added.

“The vision of the program is to create a platform where rural India comes forward to realize their dreams and improve their quality of life and economic well-being. It looks forward to welcoming talent that shows promise, passion and tenacity to bring about positive change,” said Trident Group founder and Padma Shri Rajinder Gupta.

Candidates who join through Takshashila program will be placed in entry level positions in all functions like Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Branding, Corporate Functions etc. for each of Trident’s businesses and can get an annual pay package of up to Rs 18 lakh, the company added.

Applicants can apply for this program on the Trident website. Once the applications are received on the portal, the process begins with an online aptitude test and psychometric profiling of all applicants. This is then followed by on-site simulation assessment activities which may include role plays, case studies and in-depth personal interviews. The selection process is designed in a way that eliminates any human bias, company officials said.
