Leah would say that a blog talking about Sharon’s racism during the The conversation was accurate, but she failed to make any further claims about it.

“Coming from Scientology, where racism, bullying and bigotry is taught, I had to unlearn a lot. I’m still learning and hopefully growing. I can’t say that Sharon has focused on the work she has to do.’
Sharon Osbourne has responded to Leah Remini’s claims and has completely denied any involvement
Sharon Osbourne reacted to the accusations and did not take kindly to Remini’s words. Sharon called the allegations completely false and told Remini to move on.
“I have absolutely nothing to do with her leaving the show and have no idea why she continues to use Twitter to spread this false rumor,” she wrote. “Leah knows I’ve never been in a position to hire or fire anyone on the show.”
Sharon continues: “My only wish is that Leah would just stop all this negative, unprofessional and childish behaviour. It’s been seven months. It’s time to move on. Leah is a very talented actress and I wish her nothing but happiness and success. know that there are better things to come if she can overcome all this negativity.”
Osbourne’s team would also speak on her behalf when rumors of Sharon’s racism on the show began to surface.
The statement reads, “The only thing worse than a disgruntled ex-employee is a disgruntled ex-talk show host. For 11 years, Sharon has been polite, collegial and friendly with her hosts, as shown by throwing parties for them, inviting them to her home in the UK and other gestures of kindness too numerous to list.
“Sharon is disappointed, but not fazed, and hardly surprised by the lies, the rewriting of history and the bitterness coming out at this point. She will survive this as she always has and her heart will remain open and kind because she refuses to let others bring her down. She thanks her family, friends and fans for standing by her and knowing her true nature.”
CBS will also issue a statement at that time mentioning that they are committed to promoting diversity across all of their programs and will take appropriate action. Osbourne was eventually let go from the show, calling her dismissal “unfair.”
