Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra: Here are the celebrities in attendance for the couple’s Mumbai reception

Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra’s nuptials have brought the wave of celebrations and love to Mumbai just in time for Valentine’s Day. On Sunday night, the couple hosted their wedding reception at the St Regis Hotel in Lower Parel. And this celebration was reportedly held in honour of their family, friends and colleagues in the industry that live in the maximum city. 

This comes after the couple had their pre-wedding functions and the pheras at Jaisalmer’s Suryagarh Palace Hotel amid a 70-person wedding guest list. So far, we’ve only had very few glimpses into Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra’s marriage ceremony. Both the bride and groom were dressed head-to-toe in wedding couture by Manish Malhotra. For this intimate ceremony, the only A-listers that seemed to be in attendance were the ace designer, director Karan Johar (who also played cupid to the couple), Kiara’s Kabir Singh co-star-turned-close friend Shahid Kapoor along with his wife Mira Rajput, the bride’s good friend Isha Ambani and husband Anand Piramal as well as Juhi Chawla with husband Jay Mehta. Reports also suggest that couple held a reception in Delhi for Malhotra’s extended family earlier this week.

For their Mumbai reception, Kiara Advani went with yet another stunning yet non-traditional number by none other than Manish Malhotra. The mermaid-cut gown featured a silk bodice along with a black velvet skirt that flowed into a dreamy train. 

For jewellery, she opted for a statement emerald and diamond necklace along with a matching pear-shaped emerald ring on one hand and her solitaire engagement ring on the other. Kiara opted for a glossy makeup look paired with a sleek, low bun. Sidharth, on the other hand, opted for a glittery-black blazer paired with a black turtleneck and matching trousers. The couple looked like a vision to behold.
