Kangana Ranaut reacted strongly to the controversy; “If you feel like he’s attacking you, then you’re a terrorist”

Kangana Ranaut has always been vocal about her opinions on everything and that’s why she’s been dubbed the badass woman of Bollywood. Now again she has made a strong statement in the ongoing controversy with The Kerala Story which claims to be based on the true story of Hindu girls who were manipulated and converted to Islam and join ISIS. Although the film was hailed as a must watch within a day of its release. Kangana Ranaut shared her opinion on the controversy. Several expressed their dismay at claims that Hindu women were being forced and converted and felt targeted.
According to reports, Kangana said, “I haven’t seen the film, but they were trying a lot to ban it. I read it today, correct me if I’m wrong, the Supreme Court said that the film cannot be banned. I think it’s not showing anyone in a bad light, just ISIS, right? If the HC, the most responsible body in the country, says so, then they are right. ISIS is a terrorist organization. It’s not like I call them terrorists, our country, Ministry of Interior (Ministry of Internal Affairs) and other countries also called them that. Kangana further added, “I’m talking about those people who think it’s attacking them, not ISIS. If you think he is attacking you, then you are a terrorist. Maine kuch nahi kaha bhai, ye simple maths hai (I’m not saying that).”
Well, The Kerala Story is said to be next to The Kashmir Files, while there is a huge debate on the internet about the film spreading hatred towards a particular community and why it should not be motivated. The film earlier claimed that over 32,000 Hindu girls in Kerala were sexually assaulted and abused and converted. When asked about the exact figures, director Sudipto Sen claimed that the film is based on true events and should focus on figures. They later changed the description of the film and changed the numbers to three. The film stars Adah Sharma in the lead role and she has been hailed for her performance.
