After accusing the makers of Brahmastra of manipulation, Kangana Ranaut called the film a disaster. She shared a business report about Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s involvement and claimed that the Ayan Mukerji directorial had reportedly caused over 800 crores of losses to investors in PVR and Inox.
Sharing a tweet by film trade analyst Sumit Kadel, who called Brahmastra a disaster in his review, Kangana alleged that Karan Johar is trying to sell a lie by forcing people to call Alia and Ranbir the best actors. She took a dig at Ayan Mukerji being called a genius, questioning a Rs 600 crore budget for the director who has never made a good film in his life.
She also claimed that Fox Studio in India had to be sold to finance Brahmastra and wondered how many studios would be closed due to their insanity. She then went on to share a business report on Brahmastra which reported that the film has destroyed over 800 crores of wealth of PVR and Inox investors.
Kangana said their groupism is coming to bite them. She accused the makers of Brahmastra of sponsoring weddings, baby PR, controlling the media, jailing Kamaal R Khan aka KRK and buying tickets to turn a dishonest film into an honest one.
In another post, the actress said the industry has no international studios left in the country to pitch their films to. She claimed that the film mafia had taken control of the system and sucked them out. She then asked, “How do we make movies when there are no studios left, only traditional financiers and individual producers, which she says are very rare to find.
With Kangana’s explosive allegations, it remains to be seen what the makers of Brahmastra have to say about the actress’ big allegations.
