And recently even Kamal Haasan called it a propaganda film. When asked about the controversy surrounding the film, the director and actor says that he is against propaganda films. The Vikram actor shares that it is not enough to write ‘based on a true story’ at the bottom of the poster as a logo. Kamal Haasan says that the film must be true to say this and claims that ‘Kerala Story’ is not true.
