Thilothama Shome tied the knot with Kunal Ross on March 29, 2015 after being in a relationship for eight long years. Their wedding took place in Goa, in the presence of famous members of the film fraternity. The entire Bachan family also attended the wedding, including Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan and Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan along with their daughter Aaradhya. Tilothama and Kunal’s wedding was a lavish affair conducted following Bengali rituals.

On their 8th wedding anniversary, Tilotama Shome released a picture with her husband on social media. In the Instagram caption, she revealed that while Kunal Ross presented her with a bouquet of flowers, she gifted him whiskey. The photo captured the duo smiling for a click, looking madly in love. Tilotama also posted a separate photo with the beautiful flower bouquet, taking a mirror selfie.
Film career of Thilothama Shome
Tilothama Shome made her debut as an actress in the feature film Monsoon Wedding in 2001. Directed by Meera Nair, the film was widely acclaimed by the masses and critics, catapulting Tilothama to stardom. A strong believer in speaking her mind, Thilothama once shared that she was cast in Bollywood after essaying the role of a maid in Monsoon Wedding. Tillotama Shome had three back-to-back releases on Netflix this year, namely Lust Stories 2, The Night Manager and Tooth Pari.
