Men’s fashion brand Barcelona, located in over 80 cities across India, released a business-to-business (B2B) app that offers a suite of tools that also includes actionable data, the Business Standard reported on Wednesday (Dec. 29).

Barcelona’s B2B mobile app gives merchants the ability to handle inventory management, customer billing and customer data management — all intended to reduce manual processes, increase efficiency and ultimately lead to higher revenues.

Retailers will also gain valuable and actionable insights by being able to review each customer’s journey maps with clarity.

“Everyone has a different idea of what ‘B2B App’ means,” Jaimin Gupta, founder of Stitched Textiles Private Limited, told the news outlet.

“Some retailers simply take it as an app for placing orders, but it is much beyond that, where the retailers will have the access to new collections in apparels with an added advantage of increased warehouse efficiency.”

Gupta added that the app is “like a playlist for retailers” by enabling order management that can be tailored according to what the data reveals.
