I’m a Celebrity spoilers follow.

Another night, another I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! elimination. After sending Boy George home last night, tonight’s (November 23) instalment saw viewers pick Babatunde Aléshé as the fifth campmate to leave the show.

Speaking to Ant and Dec after crossing the famous bridge, Babatunde referred to his greatest phobia and joked: “I feel like I’m more scared of toads now than I was [before]… they looked like they were birthed in the pit of hell. They are demons.”

He named Owen Warner as the campmate he’d like to win the most, calling him a “brave soul” and his closest friend in the jungle.

Rewinding the clock a bit, the episode started with Jill Scott volunteering to do the latest Bushtucker Trial: Critty Critty Fang Fang.

Dressing up as Truly Scrumptious, Jill had to sit in a flying car (a wobbly box with wings and wheels that was suspended on wires and pulled across a ravine), and untangle some stars from boxes filled with critters.

Jill managed to get all seven stars with three minutes remaining, although her moment of celebration was dashed as she was dropped through the bottom of the car (on a bungee cord, don’t worry), which she had no idea was going to happen.

Elsewhere, a salamander crawled its way into the camp. Babatunde joked that it was a Pokémon, while Owen couldn’t pronounce it properly, calling it a “salamalander”.

Mike Tindall and Matt Hancock then took part in a Dingo Dollars challenge that required them to pop 99 red balloons (full of gross things) using spikes on their helmets, and then work out an anagram. Unfortunately, the campmates got their question about Adele’s albums wrong, completely forgetting that she’s released four albums.

“These challenges can do one,” Jill moaned in the Bush Telegraph.

I’m a Celebrity airs at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
