First, we need to test your lateral thinking abilities with a hypothetical situation interview.
You’ll wear a state-of-the-art VR headset and interact virtually with several HR managers who will appear as holographic avatars of historical figures and fantasy characters ranging from King Tutan to Darth Maul.
These avatars can ask you anything: how you would resolve certain historical conflicts, which hot sauce you most identify with, etc. They might even invite you to act out a scene from The Phantom Menace.
Then things will turn around and you will interview them, asking questions and performing impromptu role-plays that explore the very nature and limitations of job interviews. You can also ask about dental benefits.
VR equipment will be on your doorstep in no time.
