finally Vikram Vedha it seems to be doing some kind of consistent running in the Ranking. After a topsy-turvy first weekend where Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan starrer made a worryingly low opening, then rose to a promising level on Saturday 2, only to show a not-so-favorable spike on Sunday 3, Vikram Vedha box office collection it ended up holding off at fairly strong levels during the weekday to offer some hope going forward. The Pushkar Gayahtri director saw a 42% drop on Monday, which ideally should have been around 30-35%, but has since only dropped about 5% to set the course for a slightly average first week.
Vikram Vedha drops by just 5% at the box office on day 5
Although the overall drop is minor, there still remains the worrying factor that Vikram Vedha is performing only in select territories. Business continues to flow mostly from large multiplexes in A centers, while mass pockets in places like Gujarat, Saurashtra, CI and CP Berar are now performing at abysmal levels. It is imperative that the collections in these markets pick up in the second weekend, otherwise all the hopes generated now by the Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan starrer will be extinguished immediately.
