The success of Brahmastra has warmed the hearts of the industry. However, Kangana Ranaut called the collections fake. The actress said that the makers are not sharing the net figures of the film. She said Brahmastra is being made on a budget of Rs 650 crore and she doesn’t understand how some handles have already declared it a hit. Kangana Ranaut said she wants to interview Karan Johar to understand the math. She also said that some trade pundits and portals are part of the film mafia and insulted her films when they reimbursed the expenses. The actress’ comments drew mixed reactions on social media.
Director Hanzal Mehta also hits out at the Boycott bandwagon by sharing some brutal GIFs. A fan of Kangana Ranaut trolled him saying that he gave her the biggest failure of her career with Simran. The actress gave a wonderful performance in the film but the film was declared a flop. The making of Simran was also full of controversies. Hansal Mehta reminded the troll that he did not direct Daakad. As we know Dhaakad is the biggest flop of Kangana Ranaut’s career so far. The film’s trailer raised expectations, but the final product fell short.
