The CT HorrorFest, hosted by Horror News Network, took place in Naugatuck on September 14, 2019. Fans met horror celebrities, shopped vendors and participated in costume contests.

A convention celebrating the 1990s is coming back to the Connecticut Convention Center, featuring Amanda Bynes in an “All That” reunion and an appearance by Steve Burns of the children’s television show “Blues Clues.”

A video game and cosplay convention, Ct Gamer Con features a number of video game tournaments including “Super Smash Bros,” “Tekken,” “Mario Kart” and “Fortnite.” Solid Snake from the “Metal Gear Solid” franchise will even be there to meet fans.

Connecticut’s version of Comic Con, TerrifiCon will feature celebrity guests, comic book creators, artists and vendors. This year will feature guests like Jonathan Frakes (“Star Trek: The Next Generation”), John Wesley Shipp (“The Flash”) and Colby Minifie (“The Boys”).
