Karthik Aaryan has already established a place for itself in the industry. The actor who started his career with Pyaar Ka Panchnama has come a long way in Bollywood. He is now among the top-grossing stars who enjoy a hard-to-reach fan following. In 2022, he is among the few Bollywood actors who are successful at the box office. His Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was a blockbuster and now his film Freddy has won positive reviews from all over. But he had to struggle a lot to achieve this kind of fame.
Karthik Aryan talks about his tough days
In an interview with Goodtimes, Karthik Aryan talks about his scrapped films. Not only now, but even before he debuted, several of his films were scrapped. He said he told everyone about it and then the films were scrapped. Of course, this led to embarrassing situations and he learned that he shouldn’t say anything to anyone until the finale. He also said that there was a time when if he was selected for a film, it would be like “bohut bada ahsaan (huge favour)”.
He further explained how he did not inform anyone when he signed the Pyaar Ka Punchnama. He said he lied to his housemates that he had an internship at a hospital, but was actually going to the set to film. Later, when the tailer was about to launch, he gathered 12 of his friends and showed the trailer. He was quoted as saying, “When Pyaar Ka Punchnama was happening, when I got my first film, I never told anyone that I was shooting for a film or that I was doing anything. Because I thought, pata chale yeh bhi scrap hogayi toh (what if this too gets scrapped).”
On the work front, Kartik Aaryn is currently on cloud nine as his Freddy has received positive reviews from all. He then has Shezada in his kitty.
