In our top story. The fate of Adipurush was sealed earlier when it witnessed a drastic drop in collections last week but the Prabhas-starrer has now pretty much exhausted its run by its second week. The film’s all-India nett now stands at Rs 274.55 crores, with its lifetime Hindi collection expected to finish in the Rs 135-140 cr range. The collection has come in after the makers changed its controversial dialogues–penned by Manoj Muntashir–and slashed the ticket prices first to Rs 150, and then a further reduction to Rs 112. The reduction did little to help the film, which was mired in controversy right from the day of its release.
