Exclusive! Shalin Bhanot`s parents on his mental breakdown in `Bigg Boss 16`

*Bigg Boss 16* finalist Shalin Bhanot*s parents Brij Mohan and Sunita Bhanot caught up with mid-day.com for a candid conversation. Watch them speak about his mental breakdown in the confession room, the highlights of his journey, accusations that he is acting and faking it, his rapport with other contestants and much more.

Speaking about Shalin suffering from anxiety issues, his father said, “It was naturally disturbing to see him undergo anxiety but he is a fighter and will bounce back. He has come back with force, he is success material as I had written in my letter that was sent into the house. He is built to win, he has been a performer all his life.”

Addressing allegations that Shalin is acting and portraying a fake personality in the house his father said, “Yes he is an actor, there is no doubt about that. He is a natural person who is showing his personality. Who is not acting in that house? Do people fight over one roti or piece of ginger in real life? Everyone is acting but he is an actor by profession so he is a natural.” His mother added, “As Shalin said, dancers have a certain grace and mudras get incorporated in their body language. As an actor that is part of his personality. That gives them extra mileage.”
