Ariana Grande there is bang bang your way into the workroom.
Season 15 of RuPaul’s Drag Race starts on January 6 with 7 rings singer as a guest judge — and she wasted no time introducing herself to the latest crop of queens, as they exclusively revealed to E! News.
“On the first day we meet all the queens, try to understand how a TV show works and try not to be stupid in front of them. A hole,” Sasha Colby said. “And then they throw out one of the greatest female recording artists in the world. She was basically our safety net. She was actually the most calming thing about that day.”
Princess Poppy agreed, saying, “Getting in and your first try with Drag Race meeting Ariana Grande was like living in a dream. It was so surreal.”
The experience was special for March March Marchwho revealed “Ariana Grande has been like my favorite person on the planet since I was a kid.”
So how did the fateful meeting go?
“She’s truly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met,” Marcia said. “They say, ‘Don’t meet your heroes,’ but when we met her, she said, ‘Oh my God, I can’t believe I’m here right now.’ We were like, ‘Shut up! You are yourself! What are you talking?”
