The Punjabi singer’s sartorial choices effortlessly fused his Punjabi roots with modern street style
Singer, actor, producer. Diljit Dosanjh wears many hats, and at his Coachella debut this year, his sartorial selection was as much a highlight as his roof-raising performances. The talented Punjabi artist has become a global force to reckon with and his cool outfits at the festival were the perfect representation of his personality and an ode to his Punjabi roots. Dancing to beats of Bhangra, Dosanjh was the centre of attention, both on and off the stage, and here are some of the most stunning outfits he donned at the annual festival, effortlessly combining traditional attire with street style.
One of our favourite outfits from Dosanjh’s Coachella outing is the floral coord that he paired with white sneakers and a black bucket hat. The singer accessorized the look with a pair of sunglasses, completing the perfect summer festival look.
For his maiden performance, Dosanjh wore a stunning all-black ensemble, a combination of tehmat and kurta, paired with a turban and vest. The look, which honoured his cultural heritage, was only made better with a pair of bright yellow gloves and Air Jordans.
Off the stage, Diljit was seen sporting vests and shorts, a classic Coachella combo, coupled with a headwrap in floral print.
For his second performance at the festival, the Punjabi star went the white way, donning a white kurta over his staple white tehmat, and an elaborate headgear. He accessorised his quintessential look with an animal-printed vest and black-and-white Air Jordans.
