Did Sara Ali Khan Call Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor’s Wedding Cheap? Janhvi Kapoor feels this way

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s marriage was certainly one of the most awaited weddings of the year. After dating for 5 years, the couple exchanged wedding vows in a traditional Punjabi ceremony at Ranbir’s Vastu residence in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area. The newlyweds were also spotted doing photo shoots and sharing kisses on the terrace. While Sara Ali Khan liked that Ranbir and Alia didn’t spend a lot of money, Janhvi Kapoor felt that Sara just called their wedding cheap. In the second episode of Koffee With Karan 7, Karan asked Janhvi during the quick shoot, “Whose Bollywood wedding aesthetic made you achieve your own shaadi goals?” To which she replied, “Ranbir-Alia for sure. It was so wholesome and so hearty. I shed a tear for them. Sara then added, “I agree, I think Alia-Ranbir was great. I also think they didn’t have to spend too much money, which I like. They didn’t have to go abroad and everything. Just their balcony. How cute. would do that too.” Janhvi then chimed in and said: “She just called the biggest wedding of the year cheap.” To which Sara clarified: “I didn’t say it was cheap, you said it was cheap. I said , that it’s not in Europe. A few days ago, Alia’s baby pictures from the sets of her Hollywood debut Heart Of Stone in Portugal went viral on social media. In some pictures shared by fan clubs, Alia is seen in a khaki jumpsuit in a desert setting in broad daylight. Hollywood star Gal Gadot can also be seen in the shot. Gal wore a white tank top in one scene, covering it up with a black jacket in other shots. Alia was also seen holding a gun and at one point aiming at Gal’s character lying on the ground in front of her.

Last month, Alia announced that she and Ranbir were expecting their first bundle of joy. She shared a picture where the actress is seen getting her sonogram done while her husband Ranbir is seen looking at the baby on the screen. The couple met on the sets of Brahmastra in 2018, fell in love and got married on April 14 this year.
