Opening up about her key to happiness, Aditi Shetty said, “Happiness is a state of mind. I find happiness in every small thing. In life, I make sure I am grateful for everything that I have. This keeps me grounded and content. I am a very cheerful, happy soul and I love to pass on that energy and vibe to everyone I meet. You have the freedom to choose happiness and it can change a lot in your life and give you peace. To receive a small chocolate from a fan also makes me very happy,” she says.
She continued, “Success and happiness means differently for different people. For me, to be healthy, eat good food, take care of my family and spend time with my loved ones, makes me a successful person, giving me the joys of life and immeasurable happiness.”
“Good health also leads to happiness,” revealed Aditi, adding, “Ignoring mental health and depression is not a choice. One must take it very seriously and here is where family and friends step in with whose support and guidance one can lead a happy life.”
Revealing about what she cherishes the most, Aditi concluded, “The good health of my family. The fact that I love what I do and I am so passionate about it is what I cherish. Then, friends who have now become my family. To be able to eat a meal made by my mother is what I cherish the most. Also, in an industry full of budding actors and artists the various opportunities that I get at various platforms to showcase my talents. And most importantly I cherish my audience and the love I receive from them.”
