Dhanush took to Twitter to share a cute tweet. He gave a shoutout to Rajinikanth ahead of the release of Jailer. His tweet read, “It’s JAILER week (sic),” with three emojis.
Dhanush has been a self-proclaimed fan of Rajinikanth for several decades now. Despite his separation from his wife Aishwarya, who is the daughter of Rajinikanth, Dhanush has always shared his excitement whenever his film releases.
Coming back to Jailer, it is one of the most anticipated Tamil films as Rajinikanth is returning to the silver screen after a two-year-long hiatus. The upcoming film will revolve around Muthuvel Pandian, a jailer, who swears to nab a gang from trying to escape their leader from the jail. It will also star Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, and Ramya Krishnan in the lead along with Jackie Shroff, Tamannaah Bhatia, Naga Babu, Yogi Babu, Kishore, and Billy Muralee in key roles.
