Credence takes stake in Cumulative Ventures

A wealth management firm Credence Family Office will invest $500,000 in Cumulative Enterprisesinvestment banking and corporate advisory firm, over the next 18 months.

Cumulative Ventures seeks to address a wider range of business families, tech entrepreneurs and a circle of celebrities offering services such as consulting, capital raising and business and finance related activities.

“We intend to launch strategic investor relations for entrepreneurs, micro VC funds and family offices, a new idea that is sure to add value in addition to offering a platform for informed investors,” said Mitesh Shah, CEO of Credence Family Office.

NPCI includes Udemy for employee development

National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) will partner with Udemy Business to promote continuously learning and skill development for its employees.

The three-year association will include courses in in-demand areas such as technology, domain, behavioral and leadership skills for all NPCI employees.

NPCI has developed a Skill Index Framework to identify training needs and track deep technology capability building during the year, a press release said.

Plum Lite for early stage startups

Employee health insurance platform plum launched Plum-Lite, a group membership with health benefits for early stage startups, SMEs and gig workers, freelancers and consultants.

The membership will offer next-generation health insurance coverage, medical consultation and COVID-19 treatment coverage for companies with teams smaller than two membersand for a lower monthly premium.

Membership covers health insurance up to Rs 5 lakhunlimited doctor consultations, weekly wellness sessions, dental and vision screenings, mental health consultations and COVID-19 treatment claims.

Mudrex Launches ‘Crypto as a Service’

Mudrex, a crypto asset management platform, launched an API-based “crypto as a service” on Tuesday. This allows traditional and crypto-specific brokers, portfolio management services and fintechto provide reliable and secure crypto investment products to their user base.

The startup said it will administer the custody and processing of the cryptocurrency. Additionally, “crypto as a service” allows users to transact in cryptocurrencies using theirs preferred fiat currencywhich allows users to withdraw funds from a bank account to purchase cryptocurrency and convert them back to fiat currency in bank deposits.

Through custody and portfolio servicesapplication programming interfaces (APIs) will enable businesses to build a user-friendly wallet platform, the press release added.

Indira IVF adds two centers in Bengaluru

Indira IVF added two new hubs — Kalyan Nagar and Whitefield — in Bengaluru to increase its presence across the country to 104 hospitals.

Since its inception in 2011, Indira IVF has been helping more than 90,000 couples conceivethe company said in a press release.

“We are happy to extend our assistance to couples in Bengaluru to five centers now,” said Dr. Kshitiz Murdia, CEO and Co-Founder of Indira IVF. “In Karnataka, we have four main centers and five OPDs till now,” he added.

StarryNift launches NFT market

StarryNifta gamified creation platform and launch pad for digital collectibleslaunched an NFT (non-fungible token) market on Tuesday.

After completing NFT collection, mining and gaming, StarryNift will activate more metauniverses for users to “play to win” and “create to win”. It aims to increase the liquidity and adoption of NFTs globally, StarryNift said in a press release.

“StarryNift firmly believes that the user is the co-builder of the entire metauniverse and wishes to build a metauniverse where every player can generate creative content, making players true dominators in the development of the metauniverse,” said Martha Jan, Founder of StarryNift.
