Candidates who have completed Engineering / Post Graduation in Geosciences / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Completed full time MBA / PGDM from reputed institution are qualified for this post.

Candidates should have a minimum of 23 years of experience out of which at least 2 years at the head of a unit/complex with broad exposure in dealing with important, critical issues of the Board as a lower Board.

Candidates must have passed Company Secretary with additional qualification of CA / CMA / MBA in Finance and must have minimum 4 years post qualification experience in any reputed organization.

The candidate should have experience in conducting various meetings, maintaining statutory books including registers of members, directors and secretaries and shareholders with all their past and present shareholdings, organizing board meetings and annual general meetings (AGM), preparing agenda and minute keeping, secretarial and compliance matters under the Companies Act 2013 relating to a public company.

Also, the candidate has additional exposure in Sales Accounting, Treasury, Management of Funds and Investment Proposals, Bill Negotiating/Discounting, Costing, Project Accounting, MIS, Budgetary Control, Compilation of Annual Accounts and their Audit, Direct and Indirect Tax taxation, tender procedures,
computerized accounting, risk management, etc. is desirable. Working experience in an ERP environment will be preferred.

Consolidated pay of Rs 1,00,000/pm (with 3% annual increment for completed year of service)

The term of engagement will be for 3 (three) years, which may be further extended based on performance for another two years.
