Italian fashion designer, blogger and entrepreneur Chiara Ferragni, who boasts 28.2 million followers on Instagram, is in contract to sell her West Hollywood bungalow for $2.18 million.

A storage barn on the property at 1414 N Spaulding Ave. housed Ferragni’s designer purse collection, which doesn’t come with the home, quips broker Stefano Zoccatelli, of Nest Seekers Beverly Hills, who negotiated the deal. Zoccatelli adds that the charming home comes with an open floor plan and “peaceful and Zen” grounds. “Despite the cooling market, West Hollywood continues to thrive,” he added.

At 2,160 square feet, the charming bungalow, built in 1918, comes with four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. The buyers are Andrew and Milena Muradian Green, according to public records.

The “peaceful and Zen” bungalow was built in 1918.

Chiara Ferragni Collection — her eponymous brand that began with shoes — was a case study at Harvard Business School. In 2015, Ferragni was on the cover of Vogue España — the first fashion blogger to appear on any Vogue cover. Mattel also created a Barbie version of Ferragni, clad in a white T-shirt, black leather jacket, jeans and Chiara Ferragni Collection shoes. Perhaps the bungalow Dreamhouse is next.

Ferragni bought the property in 2017 for $1.97 million. It first hit the market in June for $2.69 million.

The listing broker was Tenny Crawford of Coldwell Banker Realty. Zoccatelli represented the buyers.
