In shocking news, Canadian actor St. von Colucci has died aged 22 after developing an infection following plastic surgery. He reportedly tried to get facial features similar to Jimin, the lead singer of BTS. The actor died on Sunday in South Korea after suffering complications from his recent surgery. His publicist told DailyMail.com that Colucci moved from Canada to South Korea in 2019 to pursue a career in the K-Pop industry. Reports claim that Colucci spent USD 220,000 (which is close to two crore rupees) on 12 operations. These include facelifts, nose jobs, eye lifts and other procedures. Another tabloid, Page Six, reported that he had to undergo surgery on Saturday to remove the jaw implants.

He had jaw implants placed in the month of November. Doctors told him the surgery could be risky. It can cause one of the most serious complications if the infection spreads. But he apparently went ahead with the operation. He was immediately intubated but could not survive. His publicist Eric Blake described the incident as very tragic and unfortunate. He appeared to have a square jaw and chin that did not meet industry standards. The actor was quite insecure about his looks. It seems he was filming for a Korean drama series that was titled Pretty Lies. He played the role of BTS singer Jimin in the drama.
Saint von Colucci was six feet tall and had blond hair and blue eyes like many Caucasian men. His publicist said he had a hard time finding work in South Korea and felt discriminated against. His show is due out in October. BTS lead singer Jimin has not reacted to the same. In the past, Olly London underwent 32 surgeries to look like the K-Pop star.
