Coming back home to Bollywood too, in 2022 the producer of the one-man show gave us Mili, a one-of-a-kind survival drama that became an instant hit. He also has a bunch of other films lined up all the way up to 2024.
The man who gave us Mr. India and Wanted, Boney Kapoor celebrates his birthday today and with every passing year, the exemplary producer’s list of filmography is getting longer. Although he has always been a renowned producer in the Hindi film industry, his recent work with the Tamil and Telugu film industries like Valmai and Nenjuku Needhi has also performed brilliantly. In the last 3 years, he has worked on as many as 8 different projects.
At a time when the pandemic wreaked havoc on the Indian film industry, Boney Kapoor was one of the few producers busy with projects. He gave us the Tamil film Nerkonda Paarvai starring Ajith Kumar which was followed by the Telugu drama Vakeel Saab with Pawan Kalyan in 2021 and since then he has been actively working on multiple South films between 2020 and 2021.
