Being the foremost destination for all things entertainment, Bollywood Hungama is kicking off the celebration of 25 years with the maiden edition of Bollywood Hungama Style Icons 2023. Bollywood Hungama has maintained a standard of reportage in terms of celebrities, films, music, lifestyle, television and international content. And now, the first edition of the award show will honour notable names from the entertainment industry who continue to leave an impact in the fashion and lifestyle industries. With only a few weeks left for the award show, the nominations for Most Stylish Filmmaker are out and the five top names that have received nods includes – Imtiaz Ali, Jasmeet K Reen, Kabir Khan, Rohit Shetty, and Zoya Akhtar

Imtiaz Ali
Do you remember the iconic night suit of Kareena Kapoor Khan in Jab We Met or the pretty daywear dresses of Deepika Padukone in Tamasha? Well the man behind making those stylish films was none other than Imtiaz Ali. And if we talk about the filmmaker’s personal style, while his long hair locks has remained to be his fashion statement, the filmmaker’s personal style can be defined as casual as he likes to keep it simple with shirts, denims and sneakers.
Jasmeet K Reen
The Darlings director Jasmeet K Reen keeps her style as realistic as her films. Her personal style is quite formal and her statement pieces range from jumpsuits to pants and tops, along with minimal accessories. The filmmaker also keeps it simple but trendy during her public and red carpet appearances, giving us the perfect vibe of a ‘boss lady’.
Kabir Khan
Starting his journey as a documentary filmmaker and later, a popular Bollywood director, Kabir Khan has completed many years in the industry. And along with the dynamic field of filmmaking, his personal style too has evolved over the years. From denims and Nehru jackets to now, blazers, Kabir has maintained a suave style when it comes to his appearances. Despite the slow change in his fashion statements, if there is one thing that Kabir has maintained over the years is his love for dapper suits that continues to be a part of his wardrobe essentials.
Rohit Shetty
Known for his adrenaline-pumping action sequences, the filmmaker’s fashion is often associated with sporty and adventurous style. However, his public appearances have often proved that Shetty manages to break the mindset by exploring other fashion trends, that ranges from pink shirts that breaks the notion of machoism being identified with a color to showcasing his swag in suits that also breaks another notion of associating him with sporty casuals.
Zoya Akhtar
While she has made strides in the field of direction, Zoya Akhtar is also known for her appearances at some of the most prestigious platforms including Cannes. While her personal OOTDs comprises of casual wear with a hint of boho-chic, Zoya is also seen exploring some ethnic and traditional wear, time and again. However, despite belonging to the family and being a part of the industry for over a decade, Zoya’s fashion can be described as trendy but she prefers to maintain it as a non-jazzy affair.
