In a new video going viral online, we see Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah producer Asit Kumarr Modi talking about Shailesh Lodha’s exit. He says he always tried to keep everyone together. However, if some people do not want to come at all, if they are done and feel that they have done a lot, they want to look (for professional opportunities) elsewhere and not just remain attached to doing only Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, despite that she tries to convince him, he can’t do anything. This will not stop the show and viewers will enjoy the new Taarak Mehta. “Dekhiye jaise maine pehle bhi kaha hai, mai sabko sath me jod ke rakhna chahta hu. TMKOC tak simit nahi rehna, wo nahi samajhna chahte, mai fir bhi unko kehta hu ki bhai sochiye samajhiye. Lekin agar nahi aayenge toh, jarur, show rukega nahi.” He said that if the old Taarak Mehta comes back, they will be happy and if the new Taarak Mehta joins, they will be happy again. Why Shailesh Lodha Quit Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah?

Shailesh Lodha wanted to do more than just being Taarak Mehta and he was not used for more than 15 days of the month. The actor did not want to stay at home the rest of the time. But the exclusive contract bound him. This seems to have caused a problem with the rest of the cast as well. Meanwhile, there are reports that Raj Anadkat is also leaving the show. However, he did not give a definite answer.
