Anupamaa maker Rajan Shahi opens up about his relationship with Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna [Exclusive]

Anupamaa has been one of the biggest successes for Indian television in recent times. While Rupali Ganguly has always been known for her acting prowess, her post-Anupamaa fame is on a global level. Many credit Anupamaa creator Rajan Shahi for the super success of the show. Speaking about this, he told Bollywood Life, “I think I always wanted to be an outsider. You can be a talented actor, writer, creator or director, but it’s nothing if you don’t get the right platform. I believe I have good platforms,” ​​he said. In his career, he has given breaks to actors like Neha Sargam, Dheeraj Dhupar, Mona Vasu, Mona Singh, Hina Khan, Sara Khan, Parul Chauhan and others.

Rajan Shahi has been in a long-standing relationship with Rupali Ganguly. “She made her television debut with the show Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin. She was very eager to come back with a good show. I was very sure that I needed strong actors who had seen life. I had worked with Sudhanshu Pandey in a Mahesh Bhatt show,” he says. The producer has known them for quite some time.

Gaurav Khanna gained newfound stardom after the show. Fans are totally crazy about Anuj Kapadia’s charm. Rajan Shahi says, “Gaurav Khanna did not get his due. This is what I feel.
