Director, Jasmeet K Reen has now shared an exclusive moment from Darlings exclusively with BollywoodLife, which is said to be the most talked about scene in the film, where Alia Bhatt aka Badru saves the day and makes her mother, Shefali Shah, also known as her Kala, proud. “One day Alia was sick but still came for the shoot. I remember meeting her, she looked sick and had almost a page of dialogue that day. I asked if she was going to be fine and she said she was going to be fine,” reveals Jasmeet. “We rolled the camera and she shot it like a pro, which I loved, but something beautiful happened that day. The whole group stood up and applauded, not because she was bad, but because they loved what she was doing. Alia is a positive person, looks at work and lives in the moment,” adds Jasmeet.
